If HMRC later find that the person has not disclosed all earnings then, and only then, do courts and jail time come into it.

But then the govt falls as they would no longer have a majority.
So, in the end, it doesn't matter if the PM stays or goes. We will still have a Tory govt absolutely determined to utterly shaft us.
