Part 2 निर्धनता अथवा आर्थिक समस्याओं के कारण गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा और मार्गदर्शन से वंचित रह जाने वाले युवाओं के लिए मुख्यमंत्री अभ्युदय योजना उज्ज्वल भविष्य के निर्माण की प्रतीक बनी है। आज प्रदेश के हर जनपद में यह योजना लागू है। मात्र तीन वर्षों में इस योजना से 743 से अधिक युवा विभिन्न प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में सफल हुए हैं। यह सिर्फ एक आंकड़ा भर नहीं है, बल्कि उस विश्वास का प्रमाण है जो युवाओं ने डबल इंजन सरकार पर जताया है। मातृशक्ति, दिव्यांग और बुजुर्गों के सम्मान के लिए मुख्यमंत्री श्री @myogiadityanath जी महाराज ने संवेदना को प्रशासन की आत्मा बनाया। निराश्रित महिलाओं, वृद्धजनों और दिव्यांगजनों के लिए पेंशन की राशि को सम्मानजनक बनाया गया। आज 1,06,17,640 लाभार्थियों को हर माह ₹1,000 की पेंशन नियमित रूप से दी जा रही है। मुख्यमंत्री सामूहिक विवाह योजना ने गरीब बेटियों के घरों में खुशियां लौटाईं हैं। 4,77,680 जोड़ों का विवाह संपन्न कराया गया और ₹2,378.12 करोड़ की धनराशि हस्तांतरित की गई। प्रति जोड़े अनुदान ₹51,000 से बढ़ाकर ₹1 लाख किया गया। यह डबल इंजन सरकार के उस संकल्प को दर्शाता है जिसमें बेटी का विवाह 'भार' नहीं, 'सम्मान' है। कोविड संकट के दौर में जब अन्य राज्यों में अव्यवस्था का माहौल था, तब मुख्यमंत्री श्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी महाराज स्वयं चौबीसों घंटे सक्रिय रहकर उत्तर प्रदेश को दृढ़ नेतृत्व, अनुशासन और संवेदना के साथ नई दिशा दे रहे थे। कोविड के कारण अनाथ हुए बच्चों के जीवन को संबल देने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री बाल सेवा योजना प्रारंभ की गई, जिसके अंतर्गत निराश्रित बच्चों की शिक्षा, पोषण और सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की गई। गरीबों के घर तक भोजन पहुंचाना भी एक बड़ी उपलब्धि है। प्रदेश के 15 करोड़ पात्रों को 5 किग्रा निःशुल्क खाद्यान्न और अन्त्योदय परिवारों को 35 किग्रा निःशुल्क राशन दिया गया। राशन वितरण प्रणाली में पारदर्शिता लाने के लिए ई-पॉस मशीन का प्रभावी उपयोग हुआ। अन्त्योदय कार्डधारकों को अब तीन माह में 3 किग्रा चीनी ₹18 प्रति किग्रा की दर से मिलती है। प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना के अंतर्गत 1.86 करोड़ से अधिक परिवारों को निःशुल्क गैस कनेक्शन, यह डबल इंजन सरकार की संवेदनशीलता का प्रत्यक्ष प्रमाण है।
