Is it that the education level over there is very poor as this?

According to him, The principal will tell them not to kill themselves that the student are not ready to learn.

This is an exam answer sheet a friend of mine (NYSC- Copa) in the Northern part of Nigeria was faced with while marking the scripts of his secondary school students.

How did this student pass FSLExamination, Common entrance and Juinor WAEC to have been in Senior class and yet be writing like this?

According to him, many other students wrote trash as this.
