Hi, my name is Benjamin
I’m a lifecycle marketer and technical email marketer.
I work on how people discover a product, sign up, stay engaged, and eventually pay.
That includes SMS, emails, in-app messages, and push notifications, all connected through CRM, automation, and data.
I’ve worked on world-class projects across the globe and I focus on building systems that work even when nobody is watching.
Quote this tweet and tell us what you do. Somebody is watching.
I used to judge motivational posts quietly.
I thought discipline should be enough.
But lately, I’m realizing something:
Sometimes people don’t need pressure.
They need a reminder that they can begin again.
I didn’t hit my target last week
And I almost let the frustration ruin this week too
Sometimes the weight of "too many things" is the real problem
Making it easy to feel overwhelmed and end up doing nothing
So today?
I'm keeping it simple
Pick just one thing
Focus
Execute
I am still figuring things out
I don't have the fuller picture
I am becoming...
I will become and surpass
because God is in the picture.
Haggai 2 vs 9: The glory of the latter shall surpass the former
When every customer request feels important…
I stop treating feedback as instruction
And start treating it as signals
– Is it a pattern or a one-off?
– Which users are saying it?
– Does it align with what we’re trying to move?
Clarity comes from interpretation… not reaction
