Hello everyone, here is my personal Substack, Keystone Catholic to come. Please feel free to check it out, though it is but an introductory post.

> Pope Leo XIV
> walks into a collapsing moral landscape and doesn’t flinch
> immediately sets a tone: no ambiguity
> speaks about truth like it’s objective, not negotiable
> reminds the world that Christianity is demanding, not comfortable
> openly challenges the culture of convenience and excess
> calls out spiritual laziness among believers
> pushes for larger, stronger families in a dying West
> warns that demographic collapse is a spiritual issue, not just economic
> confronts modern ideologies without dressing it up diplomatically
> refuses to separate faith from public life
> directly criticizes leaders who undermine moral law
> speaks about persecution as a present reality, not history
> names enemies of the Church without hesitation
> emphasizes prayer not as symbolism, but as necessity
> constantly redirects attention back to God, not institutions
> promotes intellectual formation alongside devotion
> insists that Catholics must understand what they believe
> raises the standard for clergy discipline and accountability
> rejects mediocrity in leadership
> calls for courage instead of compromise
> pushes back against censorship and ideological control
> defends the right to speak truth even when unpopular
> frames global conflict as a spiritual battle first
> calls entire nations to repentance, not just individuals
> speaks multiple languages but keeps the same message in all of them
> gains respect even from critics because he is consistent
> never tries to soften hard teachings for approval
> doesn’t rely on charisma, relies on clarity
> known for sharp reasoning and precise language
> refuses to play political games
> calls Catholics to actually live like Catholics
> pushes for visible, unapologetic faith in daily life
> emphasizes sacrifice, discipline, and responsibility
> rejects the idea of adapting doctrine to modern trends
> insists truth shapes the world, not the other way around
> draws a clear line between truth and error
> forces people to choose where they stand
> doesn’t seek popularity, popular anyway
War divides; hope unites. Arrogance tramples upon others; love lifts up. Idolatry blinds us; the living God enlightens. All it takes is a little faith, a mere “crumb” of faith, in order to face this dramatic hour in history together — as humanity and alongside humanity. #Peace

I am surprised we haven’t run into each other given my political appointment. There is the candidate down there that I think has me blocked, which is just as well, he is terrible at politics and praxis. But besides the point.
During these trials you have the temptation to post your exes contradicting their narratives for your entire relationship, knowing they have no actual evidence, because they’re lying, but it’s petty and I won’t stoop to their level.
15 years and it still hasn’t lost its novelty in showcasing the human capacity for lying instead of communicating / admitting you’re incapable. I have often hoped and prayed she is doing well and is much happier.
@TennesseeCeles May the Peace of the Lord Jesus Christ reign within your heart and be with you always. Glory to God. Welcome home! You will be in my prayers. Out of personal curiosity, if I may, what “flavor” of Protestantism did you choose? My understanding of Protestants is minimal.
My son (3) at Mass today forgot his money in the car and was devastated, I told him we could bring it in after Mass and gave him some to put in. We come back in and he runs to Father and says “Father [Name] I’m sorry I forgot Jesus’ money but it’s okay He still loves me.”
Brothers and sisters. Please pray for our brother in Christ and consider donating to his family that he may have a proper Catholic burial. Momento Mori. https://t.co/eniGZjkWfy
My thoughts turn to the ecclesial communities of the East that celebrate Christmas according to the Julian calendar. Dear brothers and sisters, may the Lord Jesus grant you and your families serenity and peace!
