Automatic sanctions after two years but it's at least two years (plus the years it takes to get on the waiting list) to see a specialist if you're off work for medical reasons. So what are we trying to achieve here.

Just weird things I remember from delivering the Herald to the Classrooms of Kamo Intermediate School in late 2001.
From memory it took until the September 13th edition of the New Zealand Herald for the tower attacks to make it into print as the attacks occurred after the September 12th edition had already been finalised.
