The media's attack on Francesca Albanese and South Africa ain't just coming from nowhere. It got funders working behind the scenes, and you can bet your last rand on it. Once again, they're showing us the real rules of the game: Dare to be a proper sovereign country? Haibo, that's dangerous. You want to stand up for humanitarian law on the world stage? You'll pay the price, no question. Want to stay neutral? Fine, but if you trade with BRICS, EU or whoever, you'll still cough up the tolls, no mercy.

Home Affairs has set a deadline of 10 July 2026 for South Africans with blocked ID numbers to act as more than 2.2 million IDs have already been unblocked.
If your ID was blocked before November 2022, visit any Home Affairs office (not banks or refugee centres) with supporting documents like birth certificates, clinic cards, school records or affidavits before the deadline.
Failure to act could lead to your ID being cancelled. Are you or someone you know affected?
