The legislature passed the Foreclosure Abuse Prevention Act to keep banks accountable. Today, the right of homeowners to an even playing field in foreclosure actions is being placed in danger yet again in the @NYCourtsCOA , with FAPA in the crosshairs of the banks.
Again the media won't tell the complete story to try and weaponize even positive things against Mayor Adams! Looking well-tailored shouldn't be an issue!
Why did @nytimes ask a tailor if the mayor paid for his suits and then leave out the response where the tailor said he did?

This week the @BPHACaucus sent a letter to the governor urging her to sign the Foreclosure Abuse Prevention Act when it reaches her desk.
The bill is timely: it would protect many New York homeowners currently unfairly at risk of losing their homes to foreclosure.
