I was honored to speak at the 2024 Technology Conference hosted by the @AGCofA.

I’m currently traveling, and this is my plan to stay on track:
- Daily yoga
- Morning sun
- Lots of hikes
- Tons of water
- 8 hours of sleep
- Gym when possible
- Protein at every meal
- 8000 steps minimum/day
Other than that, I’m free.
