I’m 46. These Are The Health Metrics I Track Religiously To Feel Like I'm 26
I’m stronger, leaner, and have more energy than I did in my 20s. But it didn’t happen by accident. It’s because I track 12 numbers that actually impact health.
In tomorrow’s newsletter, I’ll give you my full health dashboard, from daily habits to lab work.

Hate to break it to you but not being fat, fixing your sleep, lifting weights, eating a whole food diet, spending time in nature, getting 7-10k steps a day, and not getting easily offended fixes 90% of your problems.
10 exercises I'm getting my aging parents to do:
1. Lat pulls
2. Hip thrusts
3. Goblet squats
4. Farmer carries
5. Reverse Lunges
6. Trap bar deadlifts
7. Overhead presses
8. Microdosing plyometrics
9. Chest-supported back rows
10. Incline chest presses
The goal is to get stronger each session so they can add more life to their years.

An underrated part of traveling:
Being a gym tourist.
Each gym has new equipment, people, vibes.
Working out at a new gym in a new city is a form of tourism I always look forward to. Highly recommend.

A man once ate nothing but potatoes for a full year and the results weren't what people expected.
His name is Andrew Taylor, and during that time, he dropped 115 lbs, got off his anti-depressants, and completely turned his bloodwork around.
He went from looking like a potato to eating them to get lean.
Potatoes are one of the best foods for weight loss because they help you feel fuller on fewer calories.
They have nutrients like potassium, magnesium, iron, and vitamins C and B.
They’re also a form of resistant starch, which makes them harder to digest and better for your gut and insulin sensitivity.
When he only ate potatoes he found that he largely eliminated his food addiction triggers.
Now, the idea is not to eat only potatoes to lose weight.
The key is that potatoes can be a highly effective tool if you’re trying to lose weight and avoid the constant hunger that comes with it.
Here's my updated review of each personal agent:
1. Grok Bot
Pros: A team of bots is the easiest to understand. Free X access is amazing for research. Voice mode and the new Pages feature are great.
Cons: Email feature doesn't really work.
2. Muse
Pros: Free, best consumer UX, most meme-worthy avatar, and business calling is amazing.
Cons: Muse Wonder is good but Opus/Astra is better.
3. Claude Duet
Pros: Most proactive out of the box. Feels polished and simple to use. Arguably the best model behind it.
Cons: Missing some features in research preview, like being able to drive its browser.
4. ChatGPT Dots
Pros: Works inside ChatGPT, so it can drive all your cloud and local threads.
Cons: Much better than at launch but still buggy. Voice mode is slow to connect.
I've also tried Instinct and some of the other agents, but I don't want more than 4 at a time connected to my email.
