According to @Publix: beginning January 1, 2026, Publix Pharmacy will no longer bill Medicare Part B for diabetic testing supplies.
You will either have to buy them from Publix Pharmacy, but you will not be reimbursed by Medicare. Otherwise, they (1)

@Publix (2) suggest that you consider a Medicare Advantage plan, or find a participating Medicare Part B provider that ships directly to you, or you can find another Pharmacy that will still bill Medicare.
