According to @Publix: beginning January 1, 2026, Publix Pharmacy will no longer bill Medicare Part B for diabetic testing supplies.
You will either have to buy them from Publix Pharmacy, but you will not be reimbursed by Medicare. Otherwise, they (1)

@AmDiabetesAssn Received a letter from @Publix Pharmacy saying that they will no longer bill Medicare Part B for diabetic testing supplies starting January 1, 2026. They said that you can either buy the supplies from them, but you'll not be reimbursed by Medicare, or you can (1)
