@SkyUK The last call today we were told there was nothing more they could do and they advised us to purchase WiFi extenders ! What’s the point. We need an engineer to come out to assess why our WiFi is terrible in every room. I’ve wasted hours on the phone this last month

@SkyUK promised WiFi in every room. Several calls & advised to upgrade twice. No change Pods sent. No change. Promised engineer & later told ‘sorry we don’t have them in NI we can do no more’ That’s it. Took our money. False advertising & no help. Disgusting

A shocking example of the kind of dehumanising language that can be found in professional reports. We must strive to guard against such negative and ableist judgements. If we wouldn’t want to read this about ourselves, we should consider how clients would feel about these words.
