this creates confusion amongst students because last year,

while analysing Seat allotment for MBBS in Bihar State we came across something strange.
Total Govt MBBS seats : 1206
Unreserved Seats : 322
but out of these 322 only 173 seats are allotted to UR candidates, rest shifted to other categories as "Compensation"
