In a blow to President Biden, trans activists and woke ideologues, a federal judge today struck down Biden's effort to expand Title IX protections to include "gender identity."

"The entire point of Title IX is to prevent discrimination based on sex," Chief Judge Danny C. Reeves of the Eastern District of Kentucky wrote. "Throwing gender identity into the mix eviscerates the statute and renders it largely meaningless."

When the Biden administration announced the sweeping changes to Title IX, conservative-led states like Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia and others sued. The judge sided with those states.
