Help me get elected as State Representative in Pawtucket. Help by volunteering or donating so I can continue my fight for economic and social justice in the city that I love as the next State Rep District 58! ❤️

Amazon is worth $2 trillion. But it didn't deign to pay the millions of dollars it racked up in unpaid fines as its’ trucks illegally polluted our air and forced New Yorkers to breathe in their exhaust.
We collected every dollar they owe the people of this city — and will continue to hold them accountable. In New York, corporations are held to the same standard as everyone else.
No company — no matter how large or powerful — is above the law.
Mamdani closed a $12B deficit in 132 days, fixed 100K+ potholes, secured millions for gig workers, fined corrupt landlords millions, raised snow workers to $30/hr, and violent crime hit historic lows.
THIS IS WHAT A LEADER DOES!!
At our city-owned grocery stores, staples like eggs and bread will actually be affordable.
And we're going to do it the right way, without cutting workers' pay or dignity.
Because in the wealthiest city in this country, buying groceries shouldn't be an unsolvable equation.
It should be simple, fair, and within reach for everyone.
Yesterday, Rep. Cherie Cruz (@ConcernedRIer) hosted a group of @GirlScoutsofSNE at the State House. The Scouts participated in a mock legislative session led by Rep. Cruz, where they debated several bills and learned about how laws are made.
Last night at the @GeorgeWileyCRI we heard from from those directly impacted by our for profit utility system which prioritizes corporate greed over people's needs & to discuss solutions with Dr. Diana Hernández #PassPIPP
During yesterday's House session, Rep. Cherie Cruz introduced a resolution congratulating the Rhode Island Hip Hop Hall of Fame on its inaugural ceremony, which was held on March 8, and honoring its inductees: https://t.co/IuBu9LYaDX
She also had special guests affiliated with the Hip Hop Hall of Fame at session as her guests: Vincent “Bad Lad” Lopes, co-founder of the Rhode Island Hip Hop Hall of Fame; Mason “DJ Finesse” Santos, a 2026 inductee for DJing; Paris Fisher, a 2026 inductee recognized for his foundational role in Rhode Island’s hip hop culture; and Donald “DJ Donnie Battle / BBoy Keebla” Senna, founder of the Rhode Island Hip Hop Hall of Fame.
Yesterday, the House Corporations Committee heard testimony on legislation sponsored by Rep. Cherie Cruz (@ConcernedRIer) that would ensure that veterinarians provide crucial medication information to pet owners.
Rep. Cruz refers to the bill as “Bella’s Law,” named after Bella, a service dog owned by the Dufault family of Pawtucket who lost her life due to complications resulting from medication prescribed by a veterinarian.
“This bill simply requires veterinarians to provide a client information sheet about the medications they are prescribing, including side effects, so families can make informed decisions on what their pet is taking, what are potential side effects and how to respond if a side effect occurs. I knew Bella, she was like Benji, and she was a complete sweetheart. I witnessed firsthand this devastating loss to the Dufault family and the damage this medication caused without any warning to Bella’s family. If Bella’s Law were in place, I truly believe Bella would still be here with us today,” said Rep. Cruz (D-Dist. 58, Pawtucket).

Jesse Jackson’s legacy of love, light and the fight lives on forever. So many of us are standing on the shoulders of so many who taught us we are more than our circumstance, no matter what. I am, you are somebody!
Rest in power and peace Jesse Jackson ❤️💪🏼
I don’t know who needs to hear Jesse Jackson leading the kids on Sesame Street in this beautiful call-and-response reminding them that every child is somebody, but here it is

@_hobodrunk_@AshleyKalus@EnriqueForRI No, that’s fingerprint not a BCI, that is not needed or allowed in RI for apt. rentals. We have a free public portal for civil cases to see evictions. There is no need to charge an “application fee” for any of this. Rented here all my life and this is a first. #Itsascam
@AshleyKalus@EnriqueForRI They are banned. I can show my 5 dollar BCI from our attorney general over and over again while applying for an apartment, I’m not paying 75, 50 or 100 for a BCI. And I can show my credit report which consumers can get free and use over and over. #Itsascam
Thank you Rep@JenStewartRI !
