Strengthening East–South Connectivity Through Rail Logistics
CONCOR has achieved another milestone with the inaugural outward domestic container movement by dispatching of 80 domestic 20-ft containers from MMLP-Kadakola, Mysore, Karnataka, to Shalimar, Kolkata, in the first week of June, 2026.
It marks a significant advancement in expanding multimodal logistics connectivity across regions. The service is set to enhance supply chain efficiency, improve cargo handling capabilities, and offer greater flexibility and reliability to customers.
The initiative reflects CONCOR’s continued focus on developing integrated, rail-led logistics solutions and leveraging its extensive nationwide network to facilitate seamless cargo movement across India.

Key discussions focused on strengthening rail-based logistics, including the GatiShakti rail terminal at Morbi, LCL cargo consolidation, and cost-effective rail solutions for EXIM cargo. Opportunities for domestic cargo movement from Morbi/Rajkot via rail were also explored. 🚆📦
Industry members highlighted the need for an ICD at Rajkot and agreed to initiate a trial rail-road cargo movement from CONCOR’s Morbi terminal, subject to a viable cost framework.

नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति कोलकाता (कार्यालय–5) के अध्यक्ष कार्यालय भारतीय विज्ञान कांग्रेस संस्था द्वारा दिनाँक 24/12/2025 को प्रथम अर्धवार्षिक बैठक आयोजित हुई। इसमें कार्यालयों के राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन की समीक्षा एवं हिंदी के प्रगामी प्रयोग पर विचार–विमर्श एवं आगे की दिशा तय की गई।
इसमें मुख्य अतिथि के तौर पर आमंत्रित श्री विशाल पाटिल, क्लस्टर प्रमुख/कोलकाता, भारतीय कंटेनर निगम लिमिटेड ने राजभाषा हिंदी के कार्यालय कार्यान्वयन पर गहन चिंतन एवं विचार प्रस्तुत किए ।

CMD CONCOR Mr. Sanjay Swarup met Mr. Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi, MD & Group CEO, Abu Dhabi Ports Group, at Abu Dhabi on 20th November 2025.
The meeting was followed by a visit to Khalifa Port facilities.

Senior representatives from both organisations were present during the meeting during which the progress of CONCOR’s overseas shipping activities to Middle East region, in collaboration with RHS Group, were reviewed and detailed discussions were held to expand the scope of operations at other parts of the world to promote ease of doing business and offering seamless end to end logistics services at global level to the customers. CONCOR has already initiated movement of Export cargo in own containers from India to Middle East in close coordination with RHS Group, Dubai.

CMD CONCOR Shri Sanjay Swarup delivered the keynote address during the Inaugural Session of The Economic Times Infra Leadership Summit 2025, organised by ET Infra in New Delhi on 27th November 2025.
The summit, themed “Building Future through Environmental, Social, and Governance Strategies,” brought together leaders shaping the future of India’s infrastructure landscape.
