[Nathan Fisher @taisigung]

Please encourage your fellow students & your families to wear masks at all times when in public. Since cases are on the rise across the county, now is the time to follow all our health professional’s recommendations to stop this virus.

...ever faced before, I am confident that we will survive this too. After all, we have some of the most knowledgeable and caring instructors in the country and some the most supportive students you could find anywhere.

[Nathan Fisher @taisigung]

I founded White Dragon in 1985, when I was 22, right after graduating from UC Berkeley. We have survived the Dot Com Crash, 9-11, and the Great Recession, to become one of the state’s oldest and largest martial arts institutions. And, while this is nothing like what we’ve...

[Barack Obama @BarackObama]

Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen young people in every corner of the country step up and become leaders. Through organization and mobilization, they’re showing us how we can sustain this momentum to bring about real change. https://t.co/UKnowQM2Lj

[Barack Obama @BarackObama]

Change comes when all of us step up and play our part in this democracy. By encouraging our young people, like these students from @ChiPubSchools, to start engaging in our civic life today, we’re already creating something better for tomorrow.

[Barack Obama @BarackObama]

In moments of crisis, we look out for one other. And we need leaders with empathy who will bring people together rather than drive them apart. @JoeBiden has the character and experience to guide us through one of our darkest times and heal us through a long recovery.

[Preet Bharara @PreetBharara]

Trump does not have a working understanding of sarcasm, jokes, or medicine.

Same for weather, climate, history, law, geography, science, technology, democracy, literature, space, math, and art.

Ditto for nukes, walls, and moats.

I’d go on but I’m not in the mood for a thread.

[Joe Biden @JoeBiden]

Captain Crozier was faithful to his duty—both to his sailors and his country. Navy leadership sent a chilling message about speaking truth to power. The poor judgment here belongs to the Trump Admin, not a courageous officer trying to protect his sailors.

[George Conway ⚖️🇺🇸 @gtconway3d]

.@realDonaldTrump took a break from his colossal, historical incompetence late last night to remind us that he’s a criminal determined to cover up his crimes.

Care for others. Care for yourself. Find the meaning of the moment in this crisis. Do for others that which only you can do.

[Rep. Eric Swalwell @RepSwalwell]

It's no coincidence Donald Trump uses his power to pardon those accused of the same crimes he and his cronies are accused of.

Don't let him normalize abuse and fraud.

Here are a couple of articles that are worth reading — from housing to health, these stories use data to explore challenges we face and demonstrate how policy solutions along with civic engagement can make a real difference in people’s lives.
