Crazy, had a bad week in practice but my coach helped and we really focused on the mental aspect of competition. After probably the worst week of practice in shot I had the best series of throws with 5 out of 6 over 50 feet.

Had a great week for shotput Thursday went 49’2 for a 2 foot PR then Saturday went 50’7 for another foot and a half pr so in all about a 3.5 foot pr through this week. Had a warmup around 53 so that school record is coming soon and I can feel some big ones coming still more work.
