@mr_saltz To be the difference is what it’s used for. The tax on deliveries to pay for roads makes sense. A ride share charge to fund transit and road maintenance makes sense, using it to fund schools doesn’t.
@Api91Test I think it’s more the fact the ppa will give tickets to people breaking minor rules (ie 4 mins over 2 hours parking) but won’t do anything about cars parked on sidewalks, ones without plates, blocking lanes and not fitting into the lines.
@coryfromphilly SFO is good too Bart directly to the airport. Phillys headway times are a joke it should be 15 mins max just go to 30th and suburban and back.
@JeffKerrPHL I think it’s because the whole infrastructure down there is extremely overbuilt except for 8 eagles games and 2-3 hours for baseball. Making lanes better or more lights won’t do anything, less people driving will.
@mr_saltz Dude don't you understand the 5 Lane highways aren't big enough. 76 and 95 need to be 3 lanes wider, Pattison should be at least 12 lanes and people shouldn't be able to walk to th stadiums.

76 and 95 are hugely overbuilt and Penrose isn't getting expanded. The lots are massive with ground level highways running through them. This won't get better without more people taking transit.
