@Condor_America it has been over 2 weeks since I requested a refund for my flight that you cancelled. Do you ever actually respond to customer support tickets? Seems like you are just stealing money from passengers.
@Condor Left is the butter chicken I ordered. Right is the slop they actually served me. Cold crunchy rice, hardened brown slop pretending to be butter chicken. Condor. You got to do better for these prices. It was uneatable. I just told the flight attendant to take it away.

I saved for a long time to take a rare international trip to attend a friend's wedding in Crete.
I even paid for an extra checked bag so I could bring everything I needed.
Then Condor lost both of my checked bags from June 3 until June 8.
Five days.
That means I paid for extra baggage and didn't even get to use the items I paid to bring with me for almost my entire trip. By the time my luggage arrived, I only had access to my belongings for about one day before flying home.
Because Condor lost my bags, I was forced to buy replacement clothes, toiletries, and other necessities out of pocket. Then I had to pay for additional baggage on the way home just to bring those replacement items back with me.
To make matters worse, I was charged hundreds more in baggage fees at the airport, including charges I am still disputing.
So let's recap:
• Paid for an extra bag.
• Condor lost both checked bags for 5 days.
• Had to buy replacement items.
• Had to pay for additional baggage because of those replacement items.
• Charged hundreds more at the airport.
• Still waiting for reimbursement.
For an airline transporting passengers across the world, this is unacceptable.
Has anyone else experienced something similar with Condor? What happened, and did they ever make it right?

still waiting @Condor_America . Our flight was delayed yesterday and one of the results is that all of our luggage was lost. We found that out after waiting for an hour. You’ve now had all day to find the luggage that you said was in Frankfurt and on the way. #fail
