It is also important to specify that the C4 is also there to raise the level of the C3 since there will be fewer participants (42 to 38) and only the countries between 1st and 16th place in the UEFA ranking will be able to participate.

The UEFA Europa Conference League (C4) will take place from 2021/2022. There are 32 qualified for 184 participants. Teams eliminated in the second round of qualifying for the Champions League will play C4, as will those eliminated in the play-offs for C3.
