It is with great sadness that I announce that after a 3-year battle with pancreatic cancer, and over 70 chemo treatments, Patrick’s journey ended in the early hours of May 18th.
I know my husband inspired many of you with his immense strength and resilience.

He will be missed, but his memory will live on in our hearts.
If you would like to offer support to Patrick’s family and friends, our daughter Elizabeth set up a GoFundMe in his honour for donations to go directly to the Canadian Cancer Society.
Dear “Twitter Family”, Gill’s mum here. We are heartbroken to tell you that Gill passed away at around 5am today.
Your support and encouragement during the years of her suffering meant so much to her and us her family. (1 of 2)
Allo allo! I'm still alive. The last 2 months were difficult and now I'm stuck with a stupid jaunisse.
Darn, one more thing I need to resolve with my medical team...
