And when I try to call to get some sort of update through customer service, your team hangs up on me before my questions have been answered. Absolutely appalling customer service and logistics. Shame.
@FedEx for two straight days my 1900 dollar package, signature required, has been on the local delivery van, I have paid for a scheduled time slot delivery, and your team has made zero attempt to try to deliver my package once it’s “out for delivery”. How ridiculous.
@MediacomSupport your company's app interface and inability to provide technical support to my internet being out weekly is very infuriating. Will not be a customer for much longer.
@HighlyGod@CMG_Esports As of about 2 weeks ago I have been able to. I think about 1/10 times I ask CMG support for help they are able to fix it. About three time a year it restricts my access. Most of the time I contact support they just tell me to get bent. Then every once in a while somebody fixes it
I have been trying to access my @CMG_Esports account for several days now. I have been getting an "access restricted" code, even though I am in a non-restricted state. I tried to contact them but I keep getting restricted from chat when I try. Anybody know a fix for this?
I don’t know when the concept of disrespecting your way through an argument you’re obviously in the wrong for became acceptable in society. But it’s one of the worst things.
