I was today years old when I learned @Sysinternals Suite has a global bypass registry key for its EULA dialogs! You can create a global DWORD flag "EulaAccepted" at \HKCU\SOFTWARE\Sysinternals (which is simply one level higher than the flags normally are set). @markrussinovich

@mattfirman Good point. I would say for my previous point, MECM will comanage with Intune, where it won't with WS1. Also, MECM is useful in an environment where you do not have access to the public internet, or are severely restricted from it, as in a military, or government institution.
