This is probably bs but hear me out. In #HazbinHotel , what if Rosie is in a contract with Lilith? And through Rosie, Lilith is watching over Charlie from afar? Why else would Rosie be so invested in Charlie when she has no obligation to go along with Alastor?

Charlie should go. Which is basically what she does! Except, she has ordered Alastor to not only keep an eye on Charlie, but to assist her in anything she needs and protect her, even going as far as to assert her dominance (albeit, in the nicest musical theater way possible)
