National Guard members insist on escorting their mom to her ICE appointment—afraid it's trap to deport her.

Mom received text message saying she must show up in person—was suspicious as previous check-ins were done online.

She has a legal work permit, no criminal record, and has lived in Chicago, Illinois for over 20 years.

"The main reason we came here is for our mother," her 2 sons said.

"We fear that she might get taken into custody. There’s been reports of that. They get a text for an appointment, they come in, and they end up getting detained."
