Hey guys a friend of mine went missing a few days ago I would really appreciate if you guys could keep an eye out, his name is sleep and he was the f****** man so please let me know if you see him #KSCBio

[Dylan Pariseau @dylan_pariseau]

@sukig_bio @ABDATKSC @maxfoiseybio Exactly! So many people are pushing agendas versus actually reporting factual information. It’s about being first to the story instead of being accurate #KSCBio

[Dan Conlon @ConlonD13]

I think one of the most important thing about presenting info on social media is clear supporting evidence, in era of “fake news” everybody is looking for the proof #KSCbio

[Dan Conlon @ConlonD13]

And hopefully once you show somebody how bleeping cool science is they will be “hooked” #KSCbio

[Mamie @MamieKingBio]

What's that analogy about fishermen? "Give a man a fish and you feed him for the day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime." Same applies to science. Share your knowledge and help teach others so they can benefit from it as well! #KSCBio

[Dan Conlon @ConlonD13]

I think a very important thing being touched upon is the idea of being non-partisan, the presentation of facts has to be completely free of political agenda or people are not going to listen, especially on social media #KSCbio

@ConlonD13 When a complex idea can be thoughtfully explained in a figure of some sort it becomes infinitely easier to understand. Additionally it is much more digestible than a block of text. #KSCBio Especially for #biochemistry

[Dan Conlon @ConlonD13]

Many media outlets can provide people with figures, drawings, or videos that are much easier to grasp than scientific writing #KSCBio

Find something to do for “me time”, I like to throw some headphones in and ride my bike around for a bit, forget about assignments or social drama and just blow off some steam #KSCBio

[Dan Conlon @ConlonD13]

This doesn’t apply to everybody but do not, I repeat DO NOT, wear your highschool letterman jacket #KSCBio

[Dan Conlon @ConlonD13]

Well said #KSCBio

[Dan Conlon @ConlonD13]

Find your study place early, some people don’t like the library, you can use dorm study rooms, the DC, or even a nice spot on the quad (weather permitting), just whatever puts you in a productive mind space #KSCBio

[Dan Conlon @ConlonD13]

Hold off on that tatto that you “totally want like soooooo bad” till at least seccond semester, maybe sophomore year #KSCBio

[Dan Conlon @ConlonD13]

Don’t get tunnel vision, we’re here for school but that’s not the only reason, college is your place to make memories, friends, and mistakes that you’ll remeber for the rest of your life #KSCBio

[Dan Conlon @ConlonD13]

Retweet times a million #KSCbio

Call your parents, they miss you and they're worried (all the time no matter what because you're their kid) #KSCBio
