Unfortunate news: Former NFL QB Alex Smith’s daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2022 which now forces the family to live "Scan to scan", via @nytimes

Sloane, now 7, suffered two seizures since and Alex said he felt helpless when she underwent emergency craniotomy to remove the tumor.

"It’s different when it’s your little girl and you’re helpless with how terrifying that is."

The Smith's family has been dealing with a lot in recent years after Smith himself nearly died after an on field injury in 2018.
