The Village of Addison is partnering with the Illinois Dept. of Public Health for a COVID-19 vaccine & booster clinic at Addison Trail H.S. from 10 am-3 pm. Those who were fully vaccinated at least 6 months ago with either the Moderna or Pfizer are encouraged to attend.

The Care Van COVID-19 vaccination clinic is coming to a community near you! Check out our calendar to see where we will be this week! The Care Van is a walk-up, free, clinic open to all people 5 years and up. The Care Van will offer the Pfizer vaccine or Pfizer booster shot.
