Excited to be a featured presenter at #AMLE50 in a few weeks. I hope to see many of you there to discuss the Middle-Level student and how to support their academic and social growth! #CSUSAproud
@DrGHarrigan@wilson_eds @2Principals @PrincipalCCW @engarza12 @ALaPlanteAP @eddierodAP@vgilbert3@Mrs_Prospere @APLendickSTMS Love this one. I would try to focus on a grade level or department and often had to remind myself to make impromptu visits to the areas of campus that aren't on the way to common areas.
@DerekVoiles I have been fortunate to have a feed where I consistently have a chance to hear from and connect with so many leaders across the country. I need to do better at deepening those relationships and formalizing my PLN though!
A7. My top tip for leaders stepping into new roles is to consistently connect with others who have done the work and those who are currently doing the work. Whether digitally or in person, we should always connect and grow together! #PrincipalOfficeHours
Thank you, #PrincipalOfficeHours for a fantastic chat. Best of luck to everyone throughout the 23-24 school year. I hope to connect and grow together soon!
A6. Leaders must plan ahead and give educators choice. We should also model differentiation by doing so with our Professional Learning. #PrincipalOfficeHours
@L_E_Cochran That is awesome. A strong focus on relationships and being visible are important foundational elements when we are having these conversations.
