@YP_Week Madison is such a cool city because of the access we have to inspiring individuals; business owners, University speakers and researchers, politicians, non-profit leaders... all crammed in our little city. #YPWeekChat
A3: I would love to attend @madisonmagnet "I Built That" speaker crawl. I know people will walk away feeling inspired and hopefully use that inspiration to do something that will change the city! #YPWeekChat
A.1 I have to be a little selfish and say our Mad Chef Showdown. Amazing chefs, amazing beverage providers, and a great opportunity to bring together people of all ages and backgrounds. #YPWeekChat
A3: There is such a strong non-profit presence in Madison, and I think YPs flock to them because they have the opportunity to help grow something that has a purpose and bigger impact. #Nonprofts#YPWeekChat
@WoldAlison@YP_Week PREACH! I hate when people say "you want respect? You have to earn it." Um... how about just respecting me as a professional from day 1?
A2: Employees, no matter the generation, want to feel valued and heard. Employers should try and always put their employees first and make sure there is a clear line of communication for employees to voice their opinion, whether it is positive or negative. #YPWeekChat

@coryplo I'm not nearly as miserable as you, but I got a stomach thing going on. BLAH just bring on the warm and sun so I can at least lay outside and be miserable.
@YP_Week A4: I think we tend to hang out with people that are like us, and that can keep us naive to issues. It’s important that we venture out to build relationships with others. Love that #YPWeek is passionate about highlighting different causes to create a greater of community.
