Enrique Freeman had no offers coming out of high school in Cleveland. Earned an academic scholarship to University of Akron. Walked on the basketball team.

First team all MAC in 2023. All sorts of high major portal offers. Refused to leave Akron. Wanted to lead Zips to NCAAs. 2024 MAC Player of the Year. Has 30 double doubles on the season.

Just led Akron to the MAC Title Game with 24 points, 21 rebounds, 6 blocks, playing all 40 minutes, to lead comeback victory over Ohio. Incredible player.

Good Friday… On a hillside in Jerusalem over 2000 years ago, satan made the greatest miscalculation in the history of the kingdom of darkness… “had the rulers of this age known it they would have never crucified our Lord”. Sunday is coming!
