📚✏️ Throwback Thursday! ✏️📚

Before there were texts, DMs, or group chats... there were paper football notes! 🏈💌
If you could fold it into a perfect triangle and sneak it across the classroom without getting caught, you were basically a communications expert! 😂

🎉 Ever Wonder Why San Antonio Celebrates Fiesta? 🎉

Fiesta San Antonio is more than just a colorful parade of events – it's a historic tradition that began all the way back in 1891! 🇺🇸🌺

It started as a parade to honor the heroes of the Alamo and the Battle of San Jacinto, two battles that helped shape Texas’ independence. Locals organized the very first "Battle of Flowers Parade," where they tossed flowers at each other in celebration in front of the Alamo. 🌸

Over the years, that simple tribute has grown into a citywide, 10-day celebration with over 100 events – parades, food festivals, concerts, art fairs, and more! 🎶🌮🎨

For me, Fiesta holds an extra special place in my heart.
Growing up in San Antonio, every year I looked forward to heading downtown with my mom, who volunteered at a booth during NIOSA (A Night in Old San Antonio). 🌟 Me and my friends would spend the night eating all kinds of amazing food, laughing, and chasing each other around with cascarones (those colorful confetti eggs!). 🌈 The parades were always my favorite part — the floats, the music, the vibrant colors lighting up the streets — pure magic!

Today, Fiesta still represents:

Honoring the city's rich history

Celebrating diverse cultures

Giving back to the community through scholarships and fundraising

From the dazzling Fiesta Flambeau Parade to the lively traditions at NIOSA, it’s a party with a purpose — and one that brings back the best memories year after year.

✨ Motivational Monday ✨

Steve Jobs said it best — "The only way to do great work is to love what you do." And after 17 years in real estate, I can honestly say... I still love it just as much today as when I first started.

Helping people with one of the biggest moments of their lives — finding a home — is something I never take for granted. Every family, every story, every set of keys handed over reminds me why I chose this path. It’s not just about houses... it’s about people, dreams, and new beginnings.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me along the way. You’re the reason I get to do what I love, day after day. 🏡❤️

Here’s to chasing dreams — yours and mine — and loving every minute of it.
