A reminder to be extra vigilant this weekend, with the continued high temps. Do NOT light fires/BBQs in or near our National Parks/Nature Reserves. Aerial surveillance will be in place all weekend over all our National Park sites, along with ongoing ground patrols.
The National Parks and Wildlife Service wishes everyone a glorious bank holiday weekend but once again we appeal to you to protect nature, be vigilant and report any fire activity. Do NOT light fires or BBQs in or near our National Parks or Nature Reserves.
Come along to the Visitor Centre (Indoor Picnic Room) at Connemara National Park to see the exhibition of works ‘Féach’ by local artist Angela Williams. The exhibition runs until Tuesday May 30th.
