This was the scene of an emergency call. Thankfully, there was no one in the vehicle and no injury to pedestrians or passing vehicles. Once we’d removed the branch only minor damage was revealed, since it was mainly foliage that was obscuring the van from view. #treecare
We returned to see how the large cedar tree in Mr. Nelson's rear garden was faring.
The garden is lighter, the adjacent plants are much healthier and there’s a comfortable space for Mr. and Mrs. Nelson to relax and reminisce, in the shade beneath their favourite tree. #treecare
All of our staff have received full health and safety training to ensure full compliance with social-distancing and working within CO-VID 19 restrictions. Hand sanitisers are now part of our kit.

Our Tour des Trees 5 day cycle raised an impressive £371,757. As well as education programmes, funds have been used to research and produce better ways to plant and care for urban trees, making them more resilient, more resistant to pests, and less prone to failure.

Mike Connick meeting the Tree Doctor team near Bowling Green, Kentucky on a stop during the Tour des Trees. They have similar ethics to us in doing what's right for the tree and advising clients how best to manage their trees.

We've been working alongside the @ForestryComm and @APHAgovuk to eradicate Asian Longhorn Beetle in the UK. The aerial inspection included hundreds of trees. Each branch within the tree canopy had to be painstakingly inspected, by the climbing arborist, for the presence of ALB.
