Hi Aaron! Perhaps you and your boss should educate yourselves on Fairfax County’s Trust policy - which doesn’t allow cooperation with ICE unless a judicial warrant is involved, which is a warrant for a FEDERAL crime, not a state crime like rape, murder, ADW, etc.

Fairfax County does not honor ICE detainers for state crime arrests absent a federal judicial warrant. Don’t believe me? Here’s a link to the policy.
