@MrWest1092316@bar9cattle No the jurors dont have to prove anything to each other. By law and the judge all jurors need to examine the evidence to reach a verdict. Especially in a case involving mental illness post pardum depression which no man has experienced.
@spina23642@CourtTV That juror "standing his ground" is ignoring "if you have any doubt" the judge instructions. The letter of the law not your personal opinion.
The prosecutor is acting like a bulldog, she needs to study up on domestic violence. There is a reason why people don't recognize it happening, the perpetrator looks for victims like her, she was only 24 years old, he had a previous marriage and 30 years on her.
@CourtTV I believe the Prosecution has not proven their case. I've shared I believe John O'Keefe hit his head after he threw the glass and shattered the taillight. Common Sense dictates, he did not break the taillight with his arm, plastic doesn't cut like that.
Good ole boy network, their girlfriends and wife's, I've seen it in action, abuse of power, it harms creditability, and someone just might be innocent! Lead Investigators do lead the case, and rarely do they admit it.
@CourtTV Stick to the facts, not compare yourself to the parents. A 15-year-old cannot purchase a gun, parents admit purchasing, no gun the teens would be alive! He drew a pic of the gun, blood, help me! The school met with the parents, only 10 minutes they walked!
@CourtTV My heart breaks for the parents that had to hear their child was shot. The teenager who shot them, drew a picture, of his gun, pleaded for help and it only took a 10 minute meeting; his parents walked off never sharing he had access to a gun!
