I had: 0 ideas, 0 money, 0 time. Now: 3 businesses, $1.5M in real estate, work 20 hours a week. If you want to achieve freedom from nothing, Iโll teach you how
Want to get more readers?
Write better headlines
On average, 8 out of 10 people will read headline copy
but only 2 out of 10 will read the rest
I've studied the best writers on Twitter and found their headline frameworks so you don't have to

@lukasbenzlcom if you already have a product then yes go for it
Was meant for people who want to start their own business but can't think of a product
They don't start because they don't know what theyre going to sell. more helpful to just get started
All revenue is NOT the same
One-time < repeat < recurring
-One-time - an eBook on how to get fit
-Repeat - protein powder you buy every couple of months
-Recurring - gym membership you pay for every single month
Choose your business model wisely
The #1 problem we saw during my time in private equity
Was go-to-market strategy
You can have the greatest, most innovative product in the world
But how are you going to market and sell it?
Figure out how you will:
1) Tell people about your brand
2) Convince them to buy it
Before you launch your product
Create a wait list
Two things a wait list does:
1) Generate intrigue and interest
2) Validates people actually want what you're selling
Don't invest time and money into a product no one wants
Validate it first with a wait list
Building a business around a product is really hard
-think of innovative product
-invest in creating it
-marketing and selling
Why donโt you start by building distribution first?
Itโs as easy (and FREE) as creating a Twitter account
If you want to start your own business,
The very first thing you need to do is validate your idea
Do this ASAP
Through years of private equity investing,
I can't tell you how many businesses I saw that failed
Because they had no product market fit
They never stood a chance
What is your goal for your business?
If it's a side hustle, then you probably want organic, free marketing channels
If you want it to get huge, you probably want to dump $$$s into paid marketing channels
You have to know which path you want
Every business is two things:
1) Product
2) Distribution
People spend all their time trying to think up an amazing product
But they forget about the distribution
Building an audience on Twitter builds distribution
It gets you 50% of the way to your biz printing cash ๐ค๐ค
