Congratulations to Indiana University and Coach Cignetti on winning their first College Football Playoff National Championship. One of the greatest turnarounds of all time.
@mcuban Agree net would be ideal. I think there is mechanical issue of different plans/pbms having different net prices so when drug is sold to the pharmacy it’s unknown what net would be until dispensed to patient. My point was that I think wholesalers could work with you on reform
@mcuban in rare cases where WACs go down wholesalers generally can negotiate higher % from MFGs to keep same $s. The % discount they pay their customer is usually the same but then off a lower base. Lower prices can benefit wholesalers in thedr cases.Speaking just on brand here, not gx.
@mcuban Mark- I’m a big fan the work your team is doing here, but I don’t 100% agree on this. Yes, wholesalers get % of WAC from mfg as a fee but that % generally lower on higher priced drugs, and when they renegotiate with mfgs that % generally gets lower if WAC has increased.
Forgot to wear sunscreen while skiing yesterday so now the top of half of my face (covered by goggles) is still pale/white while the bottom is half is red. Go Hoosiers
