Tweets are my opinion etc.
My wife has endometriosis and varicose veins.
The most productive appointment she's had as wwhen where I came and read out a list of things she had written down to the doctor on her behalf.
Most other appointments she was told also she was 'too young' for her symptoms
Yesterday, girlfriend asked me to come into a GPs appointment with her to witness the level of gaslighting she gets from doctors.
She reported standard symptoms of sleep apnea, and asked if there were tests for this.
He said it’s *impossible* to get sleep apnea if you are under 40 and not clinically obese.
Proceeded to say it she almost certainly just has an anxiety disorder (despite no anxiety symptoms during the day).
Then proceeded to prescribe her a relatively high dose of SSRIs and insisted she see a psychiatrist.
His whole tone throughout was of mild irritation at having to deal with her.
It honestly felt like being in some Victorian clinic and witnessing a woman with epilepsy being diagnosed with hysteria or something.
Are you healthy for your age?👶🧑🧓
We spoke to experts and put together five tools, each assessing a different metric of your health: weight, diet, exercise, alcohol and smoking.

So, how do you measure up?

🚨 If Keir Starmer wanted to prove that a new approach to small boats would pay dividends, the first few months of 2025 have not helped.
So far, there have been 6,642 crossings - far higher than this time last year.

🔴 We have entered a new drone age – one in which machines can acquire targets and kill of their own accord ...
This is how I used one to assassinate my boss ⬇️

A little while ago I was given one of the weirder assignments of my journalistic career so far - travel to Munich and stage an assassination with an AI drone.
@PaulNuki, the commissioning editor, was surprised to learn we made him the target.
This is fantastic !

Thank you @EditorsUK for naming @Telegraph's 'Ukraine: The Latest' their 'Podcast of the Year.'
It was a happy but bittersweet moment, as @DomNicholls and I felt someone was missing up there on stage.
David, wherever you are: this one's for you.
I want to do a US election recap of our tiny data journalism team’s achievements 🇺🇸
We're only 3 people (@bienbutcher, @the_one_n_ollie, me) but we’ve delivered some important&hard hitting stories that not everyone was covering.
And let’s not forget the many visuals📈📉

@ameliargh Ah, its good to know other people also have the "is this really what we are spending our finite resources on" existential crisis in the shops.
Fantastic read from @lararhiannonw on sustainability in the wedding industry, beautiful art style and direction too 👇
Totally not bias by our wedding name-drop of course.
Weddings aren't a big contributor to climate change.
But they're a fascinating lens to look at how our consumer choices stack up in terms of carbon emissions: No other single day comes with the same amount of pressure and expectation to buy stuff https://t.co/Sq2WTgzeb2
🚨🖥️ Between now and election day, our brilliant data science team will be plugging in the latest polling and projecting it nationally - giving us a sense of where the election is going.
Their first forecast:
🟥 Labour: 446
🟦 Cons: 86

📅🥱 It has been extraordinarily busy couple of weeks for the @Telegraph data team as we approach the election!
We're a relatively small team of just 3 data journos so don't always have the time to share our successes - so here are some things we've achieved over the past week:
