Look at the Copenhagen S-tog it's a 20 odd year project to upgrade an existing system. With Grade of Automation (GoA) 4 fully working by 2038 and that is a system which is GoA2.

@racetrack275 @RMTunion @SStarmeroid I think you'll find it's the level of automation that sets out the standards. LUL is GoA2. Which looking at it GoA4 allows full unattended operation.
