Took 2nd place overall in my weight class. Hit a new PR on bench, 500lbs which is a new school bench record. Also hit a new PR on deadlift, 430lbs.

After a 8 year hiatus in Gear, decided to get in a bench shirt. Got to work on something’s but I’m thinking of hitting the platform in May to see what I can do. Can’t let Connor beat his old man.

Connor wrapped up his Freshman year of Powerlifting at Regionals in Arp. Just missed out on medaling by 15lbs. Had the 2nd highest bench in all of the Region in 3A for his weight class.

Connor received a Youth Citizenship Award today from DAR for exhibiting honor, service, courage, leadership and patriotism. This was voted on by teachers and staff at his school.
