I rarely get emotional & maybe it's tiredness but the fact that our small corner of this great community can come together 2 make a difference in peoples lives is unreal.
You raised £1220 for @RUHBath in the memory of my Nan & Pap (grandad), over 2x my target
We thank you all x
@MatthewD199135@KaiserBCFC_@RobinNestBCFC@BCFC_Supporters@TheExiledRobin@br Explain to me how league one Sunderland have bigger expectations than we do?
Since he left us he’s literally failed everywhere he’s gone including injuring his own player at Hibs and getting the club sued.
I want him nowhere near the club.
@BongoJonesii But SI chose the timeline. SI announced FM26 was going to be on Unity 3 years ahead of time.
As a development studio you would hope that they would have at least a basic understanding of the level of task that they were taking on.
But they didn't. They brought it on themselves
@TheExiledRobin Over-keen job interviewee is spot on, I just can’t stomach his rhetoric after our hopes of promotion were stolen by the board.
I hope you’re right, but i can’t help but have the feeling that we’re restarting the same cycle with nothing really changing. The SD appointment is key
@TalkWurzel He's seemingly got as much influence on the club as any individual fan, he's just another Lansdown mouthpiece and the fanbase (myself included) are sick of being fed the constant bile of Premier League ambitions when the actions of the board show anything but.
@Dan_J_Maher@TheExiledRobin That’s how I took it as well, it seems obvious to have McCrorie LB and Sykes RB but I’ve been wrong before predicting Struber’s systems
@murkkaaa@liam_fowler@BristolCity Where have you got that struber was desparate to bring burgzorg in? He was desperate for anyone who can play striker at championship level, and the only player the recruitment team could give him was burgzorg, who it turns out cannot play striker at championship level
@otibfanzine Sincs deserves a shout as well, he had to do it all up there with no support, did everything perfect for that Burgzorg chance and he’s gotta finish it
@murkkaaa@secondtierpod@thetimes it's not paid up front anyway, it'll be paid in installments so it won't be available to the club as soon as the deal is done like a lot of these headlines imply
@FmLlama Finally as others have pointed out, the lack of skins which previously provided stadium images, graphics etc also kept reminding the player that every decision they made had an impact on the pitch, and that you were managing a football club. It doesn't feel that way in FM26
@FmLlama The messages box by default only showing you the messages that you need to action means you miss all of the miscellaneous messages. These may not have seemed important but they were crucial to fleshing out our narratives and world building.
@GB32_ These are my exact thoughts as well
I haven’t had any major glitches or crashes but for some reason I’m just not as immersed in the new game compared to previous
Istg people are fucking moronic
How is it lazy to take a chance on developing a new game on a completely new engine with a new UI rather than releasing FM20 for the 5th and 6th time?
I have major issues with the game but if you think SI are lazy then there is no hope for you
I appreciate that this is because I've been spoilt by the amazing skin designers of the past FMs but this is my biggest issue with #FM26.
It feels so much colder and less immersive than what I'm used to.
I just don't want to spend time in the menus of the new game.
