@theRealMPU@Laurieluvsmolly Well Maine does not have red flag laws, waiting periods, ban on assault rifles, ban on magazine capacity, require conceal carry permits, restrict open carry, prevent domestic abusers from owning guns, or require background checks on all gun sales…so what laws do you mean?
@Natellalp@RebeccaMtn@libsoftiktok You have a very vibrant imagination if you read my comment and immediately assumed I wanted middle schoolers to watch porn. Not what I said in the slightest but nice try
@Natellalp@RebeccaMtn@libsoftiktok When did I make any suggestion as to what the content of sex Ed should be? I only asked if sex Ed should be taught to hetero and homosexual people because it was being insinuated that homosexuals should not be taught about sex. You’re putting words into my mouth
@Natellalp@RebeccaMtn@libsoftiktok You must be another person who has no idea the effect sex education has on unwanted pregnancy and STD levels. You know that part of sex education is abstinence right? One of many methods that can sometimes be effective for people.
@RebeccaMtn@libsoftiktok So do you think sec education should only be provided to heterosexual people who are only engaging in sex “for the sole evolutionary purpose” of procreation. Most sex these days especially amongst teens and adolescents is not happening for procreation
@SpeakerMcCarthy How about letting the country know your parties detailed plan for healthcare, education, and the economy? No one cares where COVID came from
@lukealex171@StandForBetter By that logic we shouldn’t have laws against murder or rape or drunk driving either. People are just gonna do em anyway right?
@DekEl79 @ChrisIhenetu Well there’s been many people pushing for universal healthcare for all via a single payer system since the 1980s that would solve a few of those issues you mentioned but unfortunately we’re brainwashed to beleive it won’t work and will destroy our country
@00Mishka00@NoLieWithBTC Love the Bible as much as you want but church and state don’t mix. We have the freedom to practice whatever religion we want or no religion at all. That’s what the constitution says
@kennethcohn@jwsal@lavern_spicer Mississippi has a population about 1/2 that of Denmarks and is the state with the most gun deaths per capita in the USA. There are about 31 other states with populations the same or less than Denmark. You guessed it…all higher gun violence. How can it be population?
@Juice1960555@jwsal@lavern_spicer Can you reference those statistics? Because the top 5 states in the US with the highest gun deaths are Mississippi, Alabama, Missouri, Kentucky and Louisiana…all republic led states
@RandomChances@jwsal@lavern_spicer Massachusetts has the same population as Denmark. They also have very few mass shootings BUT they have some of the strictest gun laws in the country. Alabama on the other hand has less people than Denmark and 11 times more mass shootings. Seems to be the laws
@gazoovexen @keewa@lavern_spicer Apologies I must have been confused. From your comment it seems that you didn’t see the correlation between a countries gun laws and their gun violence stats. If you agree that better gun control = less gun violence then we’re on the same common sense team
