Amazon’s support process has become impressively efficient at asking for evidence, receiving evidence, and then pretending evidence was never submitted.
Amazon raised a sourcing concern. I addressed it.
Amazon asked me to prove my new supply chain. I did.
I provided invoices, supplier details, itemized purchase records, delivery confirmation, sealed branded inventory photos, and traceability documentation. My supplier is a legitimate U.S. distributor with a verifiable wholesale supply chain.
I also removed affected inventory, stopped using suppliers that could not meet Amazon’s Anti-Counterfeiting documentation standards, and rebuilt my sourcing process through a compliant distributor.
Amazon’s response? A vague denial that explains nothing.
No invalid document identified. No missing information explained. No remaining risk stated. No reason why the verified supply chain was rejected.
That is not a review. That is administrative theater.

This is not the Amazon I have worked with for years. I need someone to take an interest, verify the evidence, and assign this to a senior team capable of reviewing the actual record.
If Amazon’s standard is evidence, then mine supports reinstatement.

.@amznsellerhelp Been selling on Amazon for 6+ years with $12M+ in revenue, and I’m currently stuck with no clear path forward.
I continue to receive generic responses that don’t address the issue or allow for a proper review of the documentation already submitted.
Requesting a manual review of my case.

Requesting review of Case ID 19690949901.
This is not a case of missing documentation. Amazon’s internal systems prevented my evidence from being properly submitted and reviewed:
- 10MB upload limit blocked full documentation
- “Submit More Info” option was removed mid-process
- Complete documentation was submitted but not reviewed
As a result, my account is currently deactivated based on an incomplete record.
I have exhausted standard support channels. I am requesting a manual review of the full documentation and correction of this process failure.

The responses I’m receiving via DM are repeating standard guidance and not addressing the actual issue.
I’ve now been told to re-appeal with invoices via the Account Health dashboard, but as mentioned, the system does not allow me to submit the full documentation due to upload limits.
As a workaround, I submitted everything via the referenced case ID: 19690949901.
I’ve followed every instruction given:
- Uploaded documentation via case as instructed - then told it wouldn’t be reviewed
- Was told to upload via “AmazonDocs,” which is not available to sellers
- Reached out to Account Health multiple times - received conflicting and inconsistent direction
- Continued receiving generic responses redirecting me back to the same process that doesn’t resolve the issue
This has been ongoing for 7+ months.
At this point, I’m not missing documentation - I’m missing a working path to submit it for proper review.
Please, I’m requesting a manual review of all information already submitted so it can be properly evaluated.

Hi Maria - yes, I’ve reached out to Account Health Support multiple times.
Each time I’ve received conflicting guidance, and I’ve followed the instructions given. I was specifically told to upload all documentation into a case and reference that case in my appeal, which I did. I was then told the reviewer did not consider the referenced case.
At this point, all documentation is uploaded and tied to the case, but it is not being reviewed.
So the issue isn’t submitting documents - it’s that the documentation already provided isn’t being evaluated.
That’s why I’m requesting a manual review of everything already on file.
I’m hopeful your team can give this issue a proper review.
I appreciate you taking another look at this.

Hi - thank you for taking a look at this.
The account was deactivated over authenticity concerns. The issue is that I did submit documentation, but the system didn’t fully allow everything to go through or get reviewed properly.
The 10MB upload limit prevented me from submitting everything at once, and the “Submit More Info” option disappeared while I was still adding documents. All of the documentation is now uploaded to the referenced case, but it is not getting reviewed.
So the outcome was made without the full picture.
I still have access to Seller Central, but I haven’t been able to get a proper review through the normal appeal process.
I’m looking for a manual review of the documentation already in the case and help making sure everything is being properly evaluated.
Thanks - I appreciate the help.
