🗣️ “In terms of building our own brand, we'd definitely like to build it and grow the quality of the operation every year.”
@BrianSheerin91 was on the grounds @Tattersalls_ie today and he spoke to new consignor @ConorM101. https://t.co/INJm8gf9A3
Tom and Davy Brickley, brothers from @ArdErinStud in County Laois, get a result with their very first pinhook offering.
Bought last autumn as a foal for €8,000, the colt was sold today to trainer @RHughesracing for £85,000.
Credit must be given to @IrishEBF_ and @NavanRacecourse for putting on races like the first today. All runners bought for under €30k, restricted to fillies, wnr takes home €14k, prize money to 6th and no big owner breeders with runners. Great to see this! @Aidan_m_@HRIRacing
Doncaster's @GoffsUK yearling sale reported increases vs '20 but more relevant, compare with '19: # catalogued -17% so if avg remained £46,519 gross would be £15.3m (was £13.3m,-14%). Avg £40,912 was -12%; in '19 @ShadwellStud spent ~£2m. Their absence accounts for entire drop.
Friday marked the end of an incredible few months of the @IrishNatStud Breeding course. Great friends and memories made! It was all topped off by winning the CEO award. Big thank you to @CathalBeale and @annechann0n
Delighted to be heading back to work @BBAIreland 🐎
