Appalling customer service from @AerLingus. Since @Paschald sold the Stateโs share to British Airway, itโs being run down. Iโm waiting over 6 months for a Storm Bert refund but I was warned itโs take that long by an exasperated representative at the airport. Anybody who thinks theyโll get a better customer service because they pay more than for it rival is badly mistaken. Itโs far worse.
