Upon learning of Starmer's crusade against children under 16 watching YouTube, my 10-year-old son commented: "He's proposing it now because his own children have just turned 16."
This surprised me, as I wasn't even aware or remembering he had children. I looked it up and apparently he has two, born in 2008 and, crucially, 2010!
So far, I found it the most revealing comment I heard about the whole shebang.
i’ve spent the past few months generating fake “extinct animals” with nano banana and making wikipedia articles for them. all backed up by book references that don’t exist. not a single article has been deleted yet out of hundreds. the future is here

OPPOSE WHITE PAPER
#CareNotCuts
What frustrates me most about those defending the bill, is that they keep talking about all the measures to help disabled people into work. NONE OF WHICH ARE IN THIS BILL! This bill is all about eligibility for UC and PIP, none of the proposed support is in this bill.

Labour MP Neil Duncan-Jordan, "The Labour government think that can raise £5 billion though these welfare cuts"
"Most of those savings will be wiped out because people who lose their benefits will end up putting more pressure on the NHS"
"It's a bit of a dead end, rather than a fundraiser"
"It's a dead end because it's making poorer people even poorer"
The Government has just published its disability cuts Bill.
No-one can pretend anymore that they don't know what this Bill is really all about.
The cover of the Bill makes it very clear. This Bill is "to restrict eligibility for the Personal Independence Payment."
1. Let’s take a look at some of these “scaremongering and ideological opponents”.
First up, the Association for Palliative Medicine.
The APM opposes the bill due to “concerns about protection of vulnerable, frail, elderly, disabled and terminally ill people”.
So my girlfriend is an amazing stop motion animator, and she recently did a medieval cat themed bumper for Adult Swim!
Sharing it here because she only has Instagram and I think everyone needs to see her animations. She's so freaking talented, y'alls. PLEASE go follow her!
As a GP, I am not allowed to receive a pen or post-it note pad from a pharmaceutical company rep
The Government banned them in case I was influenced to prescribe a certain medication
This should also be banned @wesstreeting unless you have a way to justify this?
BREAKING: So - it turns out deeply-religious Lord Hodge, the Judge in yesterday’s UK Supreme Court Case that destroyed trans rights, headed a ‘Commission On Same-Sex Relationships’ for the Church of Scotland published in 2011. The result of which was the Church recommending Gay and Lesbians to avoid same-sex relationships - and rid themselves of their desires. Was this REALLY the right person to put in charge of a case involving trans rights at the UK Supreme Court? What result did you expect? The whole thing STINKS. @JolyonMaugham
