Memecoin are bad, but if they donate to a public good then they have paid a penance for the bad thing.

I find this logic to be nihilistic.

I’d rather see people that hodl a memecoin change their behavior and go do something good, like walk dogs at a dog shelter and encourage other hodlers to do the same.

Personal behavior change towards something good is much more important than financialization of good.

Pretty Paws is the main shelter in Bali where I was walking dogs for $ADA 🐶

I had a great time helping out here and I made some friends that I will definitely be back to see.

I spent 2 days with the owners getting to know them and the doggos before they decided they trusted me to be a volunteer.

I’m glad it worked out, and that $ADA was able to do this for them. $ADA bought everything that was on their wishlist! 👍

For the past week, I’ve been walking shelter dogs for ADA at Soi Dog Foundation, the largest shelter in Southeast Asia.

They’re short on volunteers during the rainy season, so I’ve been putting in full days at the shelter helping walk the dogs.
