In a 10-hour overnight hearing, the Senate committee approved SB 121 on a 4-3 party-line vote. The map wipes out Rep. Cleo Fields' district and gives the GOP 5 of Louisiana's 6 congressional seats.

They called it "redistricting." We call it what it is: a power grab.
